use your time thinking about things you can control. Start with 15 minutes a day then an hour then more and more hours focusing on things you can control.
when you do that you will get ahead, build confidence, get thing done and be more efficient. You ll:

  • seize the moment
  • recognize opportunities
  • be more alert
  • much happier

Any minute spent on things you cannot control, is a minute wasted.
