Tip 1- Drink more water- soda, coffee don’t count sorry dude

The number one factor that show you that you need water is not actually being thirsty, but is to feel fatigue. If you feel thirsty that mean you are way over dehydrated.  The body is approximately 70-75% water. drinking more water can help you loose weight, flush toxins out of your body, and increase your energy level.

Rules for drinking more water: drink half of your body weight in ounces. Example if you weight 150 pounds, drink about  75 ounces of water during the day.

Tip 2- Go green

Go green I mean eat more live foods, vegetables, especially high hydrated vegetables like salad, green vegies, water melon. They high in water, minerals, fibers,amino acid and other nutrient that your body needs.

Rule to eat more green: The best way will be if you eat some chicken or steak, make sure to follow with a large plate of vegetables.

PS: make sure that it’s fun for you to make these changes, don’t be too extreme, once in a while have your chocolate, your wine (although one glass of red wine a day is actually good for your body-someone says Antioxidant )

Remember what really determine your health is what you do in the daily basis, be conscious of how much water you consume, how much vegies etc…
